1. General Information
Ruffles & Curls is a UK-based floral business offering handmade floral arrangements, wreaths, and floral consultation services for weddings, events, and memorials.

2. Orders & Payments
All product orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

Consultation bookings may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date.

Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit card, BACS, or secure online payment links.

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and may be subject to change without notice.

3. Booking Consultations
Consultations are by appointment only and are confirmed once your enquiry is received and acknowledged.

A follow-up call may be arranged to discuss details and requirements.

Bespoke quotes are typically delivered within 7–14 business days after your consultation.

4. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders for physical products can be cancelled within 24 hours unless dispatched.

For events and weddings, cancellations made less than 30 days before the event may not be eligible for a refund.

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable at our discretion.

5. Delivery & Shipping
We offer Free Shipping on orders over £50 within the UK.

Shipping times vary depending on the product. Please refer to individual product pages for estimates.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events beyond our control.

6. Custom Orders
Custom floral arrangements are made to order and are non-refundable unless faulty.

We may require reference images or additional details for bespoke designs.

7. Product Variation
As flowers are natural products, there may be slight variations in colour, size, or shape.

All arrangements are handcrafted, and while we do our best to replicate designs, slight differences may occur.

8.Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, and designs, is the property of Ruffles & Curls and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Privacy
We take your privacy seriously. Any information provided during booking or purchasing is stored securely and never shared with third parties.
